The former stables, located in the village of St. Nikolai in Styria, have been skilfully converted into a modern loft, providing a living space of 250 square metres. A “glass cube” (glass fronts: 12.5 m to the east, 5 m to the south and 4 m to the west) provides a pleasant natural lighting and stunning views. Enjoy a stay in this unique multifaceted apartment surrounded by the distinctive setting of Golden Hill.

Since April 2022, our loft has been enriched by a wellness highlight: a 12 x 3 meter stainless steel infinity pool, with water fountains and light shows provide romantic moments. The energy is supplied by a air source heat pump and our existing 50 kWp photovoltaic system.
